A villa on a 5,000 m² plot

Thanks to its hillside position, you enjoy a superb panoramic view over the Aridane Valley, the Atlantic and the mountains.

The 155 m² house (including patio) is well appointed and very comfortable, with indoor and outdoor spaces flowing into one another.

The rooms are arranged around a patio, giving quick access to every room. As it is partly covered, you can sit outside in almost any weather. Fully opening glass folding doors connect it with the large, light-filled living room. The patio is furnished with a small breakfast table, a swing seat and a hammock.

Full of light by day, under the stars by night

A glass dome at the centre of the open-plan living area lets in plenty of natural light.

At night you can watch the stars – which gave the house its name, “Casa de las Estrellas”. In summer the dome can be shaded with a sun sail.

The living area has a comfortable seating group and a dining table for six. Entertainment includes satellite TV on a flat screen, radio/CD/MP3 player and Wi-Fi. The front of the living room features large glass windows and doors leading to the west terrace.

A kitchen for keen cooks

Visually separated by a counter, the spacious kitchen area adjoins the living room – a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking on holiday. While you prepare your meals, one window looks out to the sea and the other to the slopes of the Caldera.

The kitchen is well equipped with a four-zone ceramic hob (Bosch), fan oven (Bosch), large fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus plenty of crockery, pots and pans and all essential kitchen appliances.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Two bedrooms (each with a double bed and wardrobe) and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Each bedroom opens directly onto its own terrace. Both have attractive traditional Canarian wooden ceilings that create a very pleasant atmosphere, as well as roomy wardrobes.

The main bathroom has underfloor heating. The washing machine is in the second bathroom.

A room formerly used as a bedroom now serves as a utility room and remains locked.

The Outdoor Area is an Oasis for Wellbeing

Plenty of spots invite you to sit and linger, and the large pool offers refreshment on warm days. A lovely natural-stone outdoor shower is there for before and after your swim. There is room for sun loungers by the pool and elsewhere on the grounds.

A pergola with a mosaic-tiled bench provides shade at midday and makes a cosy spot outdoors in the evening. Right by the house is a large wooden table where you can dine with a view of the sea. Another highlight is the sheltered, built-in barbecue area with a small outdoor kitchen.

Around the house, about 1,000 m² have been landscaped with islands of tropical plants and trees. The slope above and below the house has been left natural, with lava rock and native vegetation. The property is fenced, with parking in front of the house..
