Casa del la Playa was built in the early 20th century and stylishly renovated a few years ago

The beautiful location directly on the ocean, between the capital Santa Cruz and the resort Los Cancajos, is unique.

A small bay with a stone beach and steps is directly below the house. You can reach Santa Cruz de La Palma or Los Cancajos in 20-30 minutes on foot. The house is situated directly above the surf of the Atlantic. A small gate leads directly to the road that leads to the beach.

Enjoy the fantastic view of the sea, the harbour and Santa Cruz!

The highlight is the large private roof terrace with lounge character, a sofa made of wooden pallets and a table.

From here you can look out over Santa Cruz and in the evening into the starry sky.

A private patio offers a nice place to sit outside and have breakfast while listening to the sound of the sea. You can sunbathe undisturbed on two sun loungers.

Casa de la Playa is decorated in blue and petrol tones in maritime vintage style and has been lovingly restored with taste.

You enter the house via the kitchen. A small counter separates the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area, which is nicely situated by the window overlooking the sea. The dining table is nicely decorated with sand and shells under a glass top. 

A small hallway leads to the bedroom, the living/sleeping area and the bathroom with shower/WC. All rooms are separately accessible and separated from each other with doors.

The large living area is furnished with partly antique furniture and objects and has a beautiful wooden floor.

The pull-out sofa bed can accommodate up to two more people. The separate bedroom is furnished with a French bed. Original wood-look tiles give the bathroom a special touch and you also have a beautiful view of the sea from the bathroom.
