The 25m² Holiday Studio Sol y Playa is a cosy 1-room apartment with a separate bathroom, located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. 

The Holiday Studio is ideal for Holidays for two. It is situated directly in Puerto Naos, in a low traffic side street. From the balcony you enjoy a view of the beach of Puerto Naos and the nearby Hotel Sol. Restaurants, a German bakery and other shopping facilities are within a short walking distance.

The roofed balcony 6m² has a small table, 3 chairs and a sofa for relaxing as well as a beverage fridge. 

The weather in Puerto Naos invites year-round to enjoy an open air breakfast as well as a side view of the sea.

The room is split into a living area with a sofa and a satellite TV, an integrated bedroom with 2 single beds and a well equipped kitchenette with a counter and two stools.

The room can be divided by decorative room separator. The landlady put special emphasis on a discreet decoration and a cosy atmosphere.

The small bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space.
